Mighty Oak Realty LLC, the parent company of Ironman Properties, bid $265,000 for the former Russell & Hitch Funeral Home, 223 N. Meridian St., Lebanon, Thursday morning.
Later Thursday, the Thorntown location was auctioned off as well.
Bidding for that property started at $25,000, and Matt Hunt from Myers Mortuary had the winning bid of $80,000.
