Carl E. Crawford

Carl E. Crawford passed away on Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at the age of 99.

Mr. Crawford was born and raised in Boone County, Ind. He lived in Greensburg, Ind., with wife Florine’s family for 28 years, and lived 49 years of his life in Cincinnati.

He was loving father of William A. (Judy) and Larry W. (Christine) Crawford, dear brother of Olive Drulard and Mary Luzador, and step-father of Marilyn Baker. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Glenna Crawford. He was preceded in death by his wives, Eula Morton Crawford and Florine Kirchhoff Crawford; sons, James E. and Ramon G. Crawford; brothers, William H. and Alvin Crawford and stepson, John Kirchhoff.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Thomas-Justin Funeral Home, 7500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sycamore Presbyterian Church, 11800 Mason-Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. Interment will be at Mud Creek Cemetery in Boone County, Ind.

In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed in the form of a donation to Sycamore Presbyterian Church, 11800 Mason-Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249, or the Alzheimer’s Association of Cincinnati, 644 Linn Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
