---- — Mrs. Kelli M. Cummins, 43, of rural Thorntown, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at her home.
Mrs. Cummins was born in Lebanon, on Feb. 1, 1970, a daughter of R. Michael and Shirley Ann (Smock) Martin.A life-resident of Boone County, Kelli graduated from Western Boone High School in 1988. On May 6, 1995, she was married to Gary E. Cummins at the Mechanicsburg Christian Church. Mr. Cummins survives.
Kelli worked for Smart Manufacturing and was a Realtor. In previous years, she had worked as a real estate appraiser and also for Dow AgroSciences in Zionsville.
Dedicated to her husband and children, Kelli loved spending time with her family and enjoyed all of their activities. She loved to run and exercise and she had an eye for decorating. Kelli was a talented singer, as well, and had sung at many weddings and funerals.
She attended Dover Christian Church in Dover.
In addition to her husband, Gary E. Cummins of Thorntown, Kelli is survived by her parents, R. Michael and Shirley A. Martin of Lebanon; three children, Alyssa Marie Cummins, Brooke Nicole Cummins and Luke Benjamin Cummins, all of Thorntown; a brother, Kevin M. Martin and wife, Claire of Mechanicsburg; three sisters, Kim M. Cadle and husband, Tim, and Kathy M. Mills and husband, Brent, all of Lebanon, and Katrina M. Martin of Pittsboro; three sisters-in-law, Beth A. Cummins and companion, Rodney Randle of Lebanon, Leisa K. Stieneker and husband, Charlie of Katy, Texas, Melissa R. Stokely and husband, Andrew of Zionsville; her father-in-law: Gerald E. Cummins and wife, Katey of Tell City; mother-in-law, Sharon Walker and husband, Jeff, of Whitestown, and several nieces and nephews.
Kelli was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clayson and Eva Mae Smock, and her paternal grandparents, Rupert and Lucille Martin.
Funeral services will be held at the Dover Christian Church, Junction of 75 and 32 West, in Dover, on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor John Puckett, officiating. Visitation is planned from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at the church in Dover.
Interment will follow services at Dover Cemetery in Boone County.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the Cummins Children’s Education Fund or to the Boone County Cancer Society.
