---- — Mr. Troy Matthew Clingenpeel, 36, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at his residence. Troy was born in Lebanon, on May 29, 1977, a son of Kenneth L. and Mary K. (Gootee) Clingenpeel. A native of Lebanon, he was a 1995 graduate of Lebanon High School. For several years, Troy worked as a painter and carpenter for Black Diamond Construction in Indianapolis. A devoted son, brother, father and companion, Troy loved his family. He enjoyed being active out-of-doors, riding the 4-wheeler, motorcycle and bicycle. Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Mary Clingenpeel of Lebanon; daughter, Taylor L. Clingenpeel of Indianapolis; paternal grandmother, Mildred Clingenpeel of Jamestown; companion, Maranda Ellerman of Lebanon; daughter of companion, Katelyn Ellerman of Lebanon; brother, Aaron K. (Anisa) Clingenpeel of Fort Worth, Texas; aunts, Janet Gellenbeck of Jamestown and Jean Mills of New Whiteland; and one niece and one nephew. Visitation is 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Myers Chapel of Memories, with Pastor Mike Goforth officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
