Mrs. Florence “Flo” Martindale, 92, of Bloomington, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at her son’s home in Lebanon.

Helms of Austin, Texas, Kenneth W. Helms of Atlanta, Ga., and Kelly L. Helms and Deanna L. MacDonald, both of Mattoon; and 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
