---- — Patsy J. Shelton Lamerson, 83, of Lebanon, went home on Oct. 12, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Jerra Jean Everman (Ron) Hood; son, Thomas (Julie) Lamerson; brothers Conway Shelton of Dayton, Ohio, and John Shelton of Ft. Wayne; and sister, Shirley Dilley of Syracuse, Ind. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Patsy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Stanley J. Lamerson; and her parents, John and Helen Shelton. Patsy was a hairdresser at Village Hair in Zionsville. She retired from there in 1995, after 17 years. She was life member of D.A.V., American Legion Post 79 Auxiliary and V.F.W Auxiliary; and twice Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star, Zionsville/Whitestown, where she was a member for 50 years. In support of her loving husband Stanley, Patsy was also a member of the 5th Marine Division Auxiliary. Patsy was an avid knitter and bell collector. Her main drive and focus was her love for life and her entire family, ensuring they knew they were loved. She will be dearly missed by all whom were blessed to have known her. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Zionsville, 105 W. Pine St., Zionsville.
