Rhonda C. Davis

Mrs. Rhonda C. Davis, 55, of Shannondale, died Saturday, July 13, 2013, at her residence.

Rhonda was born in Lebanon, on Sept. 12, 1957, daughter of the now late William M. “Bill” and Louvenia (Long) Gray. Reared and educated in Boone County, she attended Dover Grade School and Lebanon High School.

On June 17, 1982, she married Joseph D. Davis in Shannondale. Mr. Davis survives.

For a period of time, Rhonda worked at RR Donnelley Returns Center in Crawfordsville, and she had most recently worked at Pearson Education in Lebanon.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Rhonda enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia, making crafts, and watching baseball and football. She also had a special fondness for animals of all kinds.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph D. Davis of Crawfordsville; four children, Matt Stucker of Tipton, Sarah (Matt) Livengood of Whitestown, Josh Stucker of Darlington and Isaac Davis of Thorntown; and four siblings and six grandchildren.

Rhonda was preceded in death by two sisters.

Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Myers Chapel of Memories. Interment will follow at the Davis Cemetery in Montgomery County.
