Guy A. Fisher 1959-2013

Mr. Guy Alvin Fisher, 53, of Lebanon, died Saturday, July 13, 2013, at his residence.

Guy was born on Nov. 11, 1959, in Indianapolis, the son of the late John A. and Bonnie B. (Means) Fisher. Reared and educated in Boone County, he attended Zionsville High School.

He was married to Jeanette L. Poskey; they divorced.

Guy worked in Indianapolis at Lamfab as a heavy equipment operator for several years, and most recently was working as a carpenter in the Lebanon area.

He was devoted to his family and friends. He was an avid reader, and also enjoyed boating and cutting the grass.

Survivors include his son, Josh G. Fisher of Lebanon; brother, John (Trudy) Fisher of Lebanon; two sisters, Ginger (David) Sanders of Zionsville and Tina (Jay) Vinard of Sheridan; sister-in-law, Debby Fisher of New Palestine; grandchild, Braelyn S. Lawrence of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.

Guy was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Terry W. Fisher.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon, is entrusted with arrangements for cremation.
