Peggy A. Gosser

Mrs. Peggy A. Gosser, 78, of rural Lebanon, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014.

Peggy was born Jan. 29, 1936, in Lee County, Ky., a daughter of the now late Victor and Georgia (Day) Kincaid. She met Cecil Gosser in Indianapolis and they were married on March 20, 1953, where they resided until their move to rural Lebanon in 1967. He passed away Dec. 3, 2008.

Peggy enjoyed many hobbies that included gardening, quilting, ceramics, crocheting, embroidering and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her children: Charlotte Gosser Hall Money of Mooresville, Cecil (Nancy) Gosser Jr. of Lebanon and Rebecca (Vernon) Heughan of Lebanon; grandchildren: Megan (Mark) Provost of Vienna, Va., Kelly (Ronnie) Ford of Mooresville, Ben Hall, Jeb Gosser and Wil Gosser, all of Lebanon; stepgrandchildren: Melissa Heughan of Prattville, Ala., and Stacey (Bryan) Wolf of Nashville, Tenn.; great-grandchild: Lily Ford of Mooresville; and siblings: Thomas Kincaid, Malva Richards, Patricia (Mike) Minks, Evelyn Davis, Sue (Larry) Noe, Donald (MaryJoyce) Kincaid and Virginia (Dwight) Cotton. Peggy was preceded in death by siblings: Princess Irene Kincaid, Edward Victor Kincaid, Robert Gene Kincaid, Rudell Kincaid and Vivian (Harry) Shires.

Family and friends will gather Wednesday, June 4, for visitation from 12 until 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Private graveside services for Peggy will be held at Mts. Runn Cemetery Cemetery in rural Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Wesley Manor, 1555 N.
