Marsha D. Chapman

Marsha Diane Chapman, 60, of Chickasha, Okla., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, in Chickasha, Okla. Marsha was born March 28, 1953, the daughter of Granville Terry and Ina Rollins Terry. She moved to California with her family when she was a child. She graduated from Redlands High School. After graduating, she worked at Hughes Air Craft until moving back to Chickasha in 1992. After returning to Chickasha, she worked at Chickasha Public School and Delta Faucet. After Delta Faucet closed she enrolled in the Canadian Valley Technology Center, graduating in 2007 as a long term care aid and a home health aide. After graduating, she began working at Chateau De South as a CNA. Marsha was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching movies. She was preceded in death by both parents; brother, Randy Terry; and nephew, Scott Hendrix. Survivors include four daughters, Tonya (Lupe) Martinez of Chickasha, Tammy (Barry) Cook of Indianapolis, Mindy (Donavan) Clary of Purcell, Okla., and Rose (Joseph) Woods of Chickasha; sister, Linda (Gilbert) Hendrix of Edmond, Okla.; two brothers, Danny Terry of Chickasha and Farren (Kim) Terry of Conway, Ark.; and grandchildren, Robert and Elizabeth Martinez, Ethen, Emma, Hazel and Amelia Woods and Victoria and Cooper Clary. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13, in the Parkview Christian Church in Chickasha, with Bill Holly officiating. Services and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home, Chickasha.
