Anna Catherine (Krukewitt) Williams

— Mrs. Anna Catherine (Krukewitt) Williams, 98, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Witham Hospital in Lebanon.

Mrs. Williams was born Jan. 13, 1915, in Homer, Ill., to Nala and Josephine (Ray) Krukewitt. She attended school in Dover. She lived in Crawfordsville before moving to Lebanon.

She worked for the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds from 1968 to 1980. Prior to that she worked for Eker’s Bakery in Crawfordsville.

Mrs. Williams was a member of Central Christian Church in Lebanon.

Survivors include sister-in-law, Edna Krukewitt of Crawfordsville, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, John, Lester, Ray and Wilbur Krukewitt; and one sister, Helen Hedge.

Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at Russell & Hitch Funeral Home, 223 N. Meridian St., Lebanon. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Tanselle officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Central Christian Church, 311 E. Main St., Lebanon, IN 46052.
