Mrs. Deborah Sue Orosco, 59, of Jamestown, died Thursday, May 23, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born on Dec. 26, 1953, in Crawfordsville, the daughter of Jimmy Rees and the now late Viva Marlene (Virtue) Dickerson.
She attended Lebanon schools.
She married Reynaldo “Joe” Orosco on March 28, 1971, in Lebanon. Mr. Orosco survives.
Throughout her years, Debbie was employed with Blue and White Truck Stop, Kauffman Engineering, and Taco Bell.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending her weekends with her family at Lake Waveland. She loved camping, fishing, NASCAR, wrestling, and the time spent with her beloved Pomeranian, Lady.
Survivors include husband Joe Orosco of Jamestown; three children Joseph Orosco and wife Missy of Lebanon; Jimmy Orosco of Lebanon; and Angela Lloyd and husband Eric of Lebanon; two brothers Doug Rees of Lebanon; and Harold D. Frye and fiancée Tina Lollar of Lebanon; three sisters Tammy D. Stambaugh and husband Charles of Lebanon, Jackie S. Dickerson of Lebanon, and Missy A. Fields and husband Denver of Crawfordsville; nine grandchildren, Aarika Orosco, Angela Orosco, Brittany Orosco, Izach Orosco, Paige Orosco, Chelsey Orosco, Alecia Orosco-Lloyd, Kayla Lloyd, and Alaina Lloyd; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, Debbie was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Dean Frye, a granddaughter, Kisha Lee Anderson, and two nephews, Carter Fields and Mike Culley.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Danny Thomas officiating.
Interment will follow at Sugar Plain Cemetery in Thorntown.
