She is also survived by her sister, Lorraine Phelps of Noblesville; two stepbrothers, Paul (Virginia) Boggs of Tennessee, and Clifford Boggs of Alabama; one stepsister, Susan Middleton of Virginia; many nieces and nephews; and Tisha, her beloved “pug.”

She was preceded in death by both parents; first husband, Ernest Edward York in 1987; second husband, Donald A. Blazier in 2003; grandson, Joshua Tyler Blazier; brother, Enoch Burton Light; and a sister, Vella Lee Houston.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Kercheval Funeral Home, 306 E. 10th St., Sheridan. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at the funeral home, with Pastor Steve Martin officiating. Burial will be at Crown View Cemetery in Sheridan.
