Mr. Frank D. Clark, 56, of Lebanon, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at his residence.
Mr. Clark was born March 23, 1957, in Lebanon, to Lawrence and Ellen Christine (Edens) Clark.
He first married Melanie Whitley; they divorced. He married Kim Martin in October 1981. They too divorced.
Mr. Clark joined the Army, serving from 1974 to 1978, and obtained his G.E.D. He worked for Ferguson Welding and then for A.T. & P. for some time. He then opened his own welding business, working until his retirement in 2003.
He loved his grandchildren very much. His hobbies included golfing, playing cards and playing pool. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Survivors include daughters, Dawn Gilbert of Zionsville and Amy Clark of Thorntown; four sons, Jacob Clark and Frank Clark, both of Thorntown, and Noah Clark and Ryan Clark, both of Lafayette; three sisters, Alyce Embree of Greenwood, and Brenda Ball and Angela Holler, both of Kokomo; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mark Clark.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at Russell & Hitch Funeral Home, 223 N. Meridian St., Lebanon. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Pastor Shelby Smith officiating.
