---- — Robert E. Saff, 89, passed away Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy; a brother, Kenneth (Jean), in Bethlehem, Pa.; and a sister-in-law, Carolyn, in South Bend. Mr. Saff was father of six: Charles (Betty), St. Peters, Mo.; Kathy (Al DeJonge), Jenison, Mich.; Margaret (Larry Phillips), Indianapolis; Andy, Indianapolis; Carl (Kathy), Chicago, Ill.; and Nancy, Fort Wayne. He was grandfather to 11 and great-grandfather to 11. Mr. Saff was an aircraft designer (Piper, Globe and his own Hustle-buggy), project manager (for Allison), founder of R.E. Saff Management Analysts and author (The Skaggs Mill Murders). He loved golf and played to the end of his life. Mr. Saff has a very strong personal relationship with the Lord, Jesus Christ, with whom he now lives. There will be no public services.
