ART CLASSES — A Boone County Senior Services event from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Zionsville with local artist Shirley Luttrell. Cost is $5 per class.

CARING WITH CAUSE — Support group for caregivers that meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the media room at the Boys and Girls Club of Zionsville. Facilitators Rachel Gerrish, Franciscan visiting nurse at St. Francis, and Serge Monperous, of PeopleFirst Homecare and Hospice, will offer educational presentations to assist caregivers in developing supporting relationships. THE CRAFT IN AMERICA COLLECTION — A PBS mini-series being shown at Maplelawn Farmstead, 9575 Whitestown Road, Zionsville, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Today’s show is “Craft in America: Threads.” This Peabody-Award-winning series promotes and advances original handcrafted work in this nation’s heritage. Coffee hour is from 9 to 10 a.m. Guests can bring a sack lunch or eat out. Afternoons are open for guests to bring knitting, sewing, art, or any other project and enjoy the open studio atmosphere of the farmhouse.
