Boone beat for April 30

The following individuals were booked into the Boone County Jail. These are preliminary charges at the time of arrest, and may not reflect final charges rendered by the Boone County Prosecutor’s office.

1:01 p.m. — Amanda Starr Stowe, 28, Lebanon, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of probation violation.

11:49 a.m. — Elizabeth Nicole App, 27, Lebanon, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of probation violation.

Monday, April 28, 2008

9:00 p.m. — Nicholas McIntyre, 22, Jamestown, was arrested by Thorntown Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

7:00 p.m. — Albert J. Hall, 27, Lafayette, was arrested by TPD on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator.

6:32 a.m. — Business burglary in 900 block of W. South St.

1:10 a.m. — Property damage accident at Lebanon Street and C.R. 250 North.

1:05 a.m. — Structure fire at Fourth and Hawthorne streets.

12:09 a.m. — Theft in 300 block of S. Grant St.
