Sunday, JULY 6, 2008

8:38 a.m. — Misty Bailey, 40, Lebanon, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear and probation violation.

3:02 a.m. — Nathaniel Edward Brooks, 31, Indianapolis, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of driving while suspended.

2:43 a.m. — Nicholas Brander, 18, Lebanon, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.

2:09 a.m. — Sabrina Plunkett, 28, Mulberry, was arrested by Lebanon Police Department on a charge of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug.

2:07 a.m. — Larry Vernon Montgomery, 40, Indianapolis, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

1:48 a.m. — Carrie Alexander, 26, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, JULY 5, 2008

10:30 p.m. — Michael J. O’Neal, 54, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of public intoxication.

6:41 a.m. — Tyler B. Jack, 19, Zionsville, was arrested by BCSD on charges of theft and minor in possession of alcohol.

6:09 a.m. — Galan J. Voorhis, 21, Brownsburg, was arrested by BCSD on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, theft and resisting law enforcement.

4:00 a.m. — Lyle Norton, 18, Lebanon, was arrested by BCSD on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication.

2:40 a.m. — Derek Brown, 18, Zionsville, was arrested by Zionsville Police Department on charges of public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol.

1:23 a.m. — Christian Hoffman, 19, Frankfort, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

9:45 p.m. — Raul Guzman-Lopez, 24, Indianapolis, was arrested by Whitestown Police Department on a charge of pointing a firearm.

9:17 p.m. — Andrew Folden, 19, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on charges of public intoxication, minor consumption and leaving the scene of a personal injury aaccident.

7:46 p.m. — Nicholas Stump, 20, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of theft.

5:54 p.m. — Robert Joseph Hoffman, 44, Lebanon, was arrested by Lebanon Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.

2:05 a.m. — Adam Scott Washburn, 19, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of probation violation.

1:06 a.m. — Micah Aaron Maxwell, 29, Muncie, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while suspended.

12:58 a.m. — Roberto F. Beltran, 38, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of public intoxication.

12:16 a.m. — Bryan K. Sheets, 50, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
