Boone beat for July 9

The following individuals were booked into the Boone County Jail. These are preliminary charges at the time of arrest, and may not reflect final charges rendered by the Boone County Prosecutor’s office.

Tuesday, JULY 8, 2008

2:48 p.m. — Steven R. McKinney, 33, Lebanon, was arrested by Lebanon Police Department on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

10:06 a.m. — Keith Allan Harlow, 44, Lebanon, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s Department on charges of criminal confinement, aggravated battery, burglary, theft and domestic battery.

9:44 a.m. — Kathy Ann Harlow, 49, Lebanon, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator.

7:44 a.m. — James T. Potter, 44, Michigantown, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, JULY 7, 2008

3:53 p.m. — Gabriel Morales, 28, Lafayette, was arrested by Thorntown Police Department on a charge of driving while suspended.

3:22 p.m. — Patricia A. Merilan, 34, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on charges of theft and probation violation.

10:32 a.m. — Residence burglary in 2100 block of N. Garfield St.

9:33 a.m. — Theft in 1000 block of Parkway Dr., Zionsville.

7:56 a.m. — Drive off theft in 700 block of W. South St.
