The following individuals were booked into the Boone County Jail. These are preliminary charges at the time of arrest, and may not reflect final charges rendered by the Boone County Prosecutor’s office.

Wednesday, JULY 9, 2008

3:51 p.m. — Mathew M. Joiner, 20, Lafayette, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession of marijuana.

1:38 p.m. — William B. Dukes, 38, Hanover, was arrested by BCSD on a charge of failure to appear.

10:54 a.m. — Johnna Darlene Taylor, 30, Lebanon, was arrested by BCSD on charges of burglary and theft.

9:58 a.m. — Crystal L. Palladino, 23, Lafayette, was arrested by BCSD on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

5:22 a.m. — Thomas M. Mrozinski, 26, Lebanon, was arrested by Lebanon Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.

12:38 a.m. — Peter L. Devietien, 19, Carmel, was arrested by Zionsville Police Department on a charge of possession of marijuana.

12:38 a.m. — David Leslie Smith, 19, Zionsville, was arrested by ZPD on a charge of possession of marijuana.

7:15 p.m. — Myles Gregor Wilson, 41, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on a charge of invasion of privacy.

3:44 p.m. — Robert Mendoza, 27, Veedersburg, was arrested by LPD on a charge of probation violation.

3:15 p.m. — James Young, 33, Lebanon, was arrested by LPD on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
