2:20 p.m. — Loren J. Fisher, 40, 400 block of Hicks St., Lebanon, on charge of probation violation, by Boone County Sheriff Department.
11:04 a.m. — Christina M. Day, 29, Fort Wayne, on charges of forgery and failure to appear, by BCSD.
9:01 a.m. — Brandon Michael Nicholson, 31, 100 block of East Pearl St., on charge of failure to register as a sex offender, by BCSD.
