9:27 p.m. — Ryon rrose 7/28/08 stet Wheeler, 23, Frankfort, operating while intoxicated, by Indiana State Police.

3:15 p.m. — Joshua Aaron Kersey, 27, rural Jamestown, felony theft, by Boone County Sheriff’s Department.

12:59 p.m. — Rebecca Lynn Veach, 34, 600 block of Dogwood Drive, Lebanon, driving while license suspended, by BCSD.

4:57 a.m. — Nik P. Cline, 20, 800 block of Claybourne, Lebanon, public intoxication, minior in possession of alcohol, by BCSD.
