The following persons, with initial charge and arresting agency, were recently booked into the Boone County Jail. Charges are preliminary and may be changed before formal charges are filed by the Boone County Prosecutor:

2:03 p.m. — Ayanna B. Patterson, 26, Indianapolis, driving while suspended.

11:22 a.m. — Christopher Alan Malott, 44, Vincennes, failure to appear.

10:57 a.m. — David Eric Bostwick, 40, Lebanon, residential entry, aggravated.

7:31 a.m. — Gregory Nunnally, 20, Zionsville, receiving stolen property.

4:49 a.m. — James N. Franks, 26, Lebanon, obstructing justice.

3:32 a.m. — James Randall Edens, Lebanon, theft.

2:10 a.m. — Nancy S. Kinsey, 56, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication.
