TUESDAY, NOV. 24

4:56 p.m. — David Kent West, 51, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, Jail Corrections Officer.

3:32 p.m. — Brett W. Brandenburg, 22, Lebanon, failure to appear, Lebanon Police Department.

Monday, NOV. 23

10:07 p.m. — Richard Allen Raines, 46, Lebanon, public intoxication, LPD.

8:36 p.m. — Derek A. Bishop, 20, Jamestown, minor in possession of alcohol and criminal mischief, LPD.
