Tuesday, Aug. 21

4:08 p.m. — Mark Anthony Byrd, 50, Lebanon, contempt of court, Jail Corrections Officer.

12:32 p.m. — Curtis Stewart, 22, Jamestown, probation violation, JCO.

12:08 p.m. — Paul Dwayne Dixon, 34, Lebanon, possession of a device or substance used to interfere with drug/alcohol testing, Lebanon Police Department.

3:12 a.m. — Crystal Jenkins, 23, Carmel, operating while never receiving a license, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Monday, Aug. 20

10:21 p.m. — Joshua Miller, 27, Clarks Hill, driving while suspended, BCSO.

9:36 p.m. — Brandon Michael Nicholson, 35, Lebanon, probation violation, LPD.

8:51 p.m. — Joseph Grinstead, 70, Zionsville, deception, Boone County for Adams County, Ill.

6:58 p.m. — Andre Mack, 23, Indianapolis, theft, Whitestown Police Department.
