10:28 a.m. — Steven M. Whaley, 56, Lafayette, failure to appear, BCSO.

4:12 a.m. — Trai Jamar Essex, 31, Zionsville, public intoxication and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Zionsville Police Department.

Sunday, Dec. 29

9:28 p.m. — Carlos D. Turner, 36, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, Whitestown Police Department.

Saturday, Dec. 28

10:48 p.m. — Jeremy J. Hilt, 37, Zionsville, domestic battery, BCSO.

4:23 p.m. — Kenneth Dale Simpson, 53, Lebanon, physical battery, Lebanon Police Department.

9:10 a.m. — Adolfo Garcia-Rodriguez, 24, Indianapolis, driver never licensed, ZPD.

8:16 a.m. — Keondre Da Vanthony Montgomery, 24, Indianapolis, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, WPD.
