Boone County — The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

3:34 p.m. — Charles Robert Roach, 34, Lebanon, theft and burglary, Jail Corrections Officer.

3:02 p.m. — Chelsea Nicole Howe, 20, Frankfort, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, JCO.

1:07 p.m. — Aaron Joseph Cornett, 33, Indianapolis, failure to stop after an accident causing property damage and false reporting/informing, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

11:42 a.m. — Jennifer Marie Black, 33, Lebanon, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication, BCSO.

11:26 a.m. — Ricky Shane Black, 38, Lebanon, failure to appear, Indiana State Police.

10:51 a.m. — Jessica Jodell Smith, 44, Frankfort, failure to appear, ISP.

Tuesday, Nov. 27

10:10 p.m. — Natalie J. Hepner, 41, Lebanon, dealing in marijuana, hash or hash oil, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance, Lebanon Police Department.
