The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Thursday, Nov. 7

3:38 p.m. — Dallas Lee Boggs, 30, Lebanon, OWI endangering a person, public intoxication, reckless driving, criminal mischief, contempt of court, and two counts of probation violation.

2:45 p.m. — Scott Anthony Ezman, 40, Coatsville, failure to appear.

2:37 p.m. — Kyle Michael Hancock, 25, Whitestown, theft-receiving stolen property.

1:22 p.m. — Kester Lee Shepherd, 28, Lebanon, probation violation.

Area public safety agencies received the following reports:

Thursday, Nov. 7

5:10 p.m. — A pickup truck with red and blue lights on the dashboard is flashing the lights at other drivers on southbound I-65 at mile 141, and the driver doesn’t appear to be in uniform, Lebanon Police Department.

4:07 p.m. — Caller in the 200 block of W. Lakeshore Dr. found a video of a 13-year-old showing an 8-year-old how to expose himself, LPD.

4:04 p.m. — A female is lying in the grass, crying, at Camp St. and Clifford Court, LPD.

3:49 p.m. — Vehicle hit a tree while swerving to miss oncoming traffic at Stonegate Dr. and Ind. 334, Zionsville, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

3:40 p.m. — Gas odor reportedly coming from a truck at U.S. 421 and CR 300 S, Zionsville Fire Department.

3:16 p.m. — Caller’s purse was stolen from her car in the 100 block of Lacey Court, LPD.

3:06 p.m. — Stolen wallet reported at the YMCA, 2791 N. Lebanon St., LPD.

1:46 p.m. — Caller’s vehicle was broken into overnight in the 300 block of N. Jameson St., LPD.

1:19 p.m. — Possible child molestation reported in the 8600 block of E. Ind. 334, BCSO.

1:12 p.m. — Man is walking around and harassing customers for money at Love’s Travel Stop, 4155 S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department.

12:35 p.m. — Fire alarm reported at BACA-Z, 6704 Central Blvd., Zionsville, Whitestown Fire Department.

11:54 a.m. — Copper reportedly stolen from a cell tower and building in the 600 block of E. Elm St., LPD.

11:08 a.m. — Dump truck hit a pole at Viceroy Lane and CR 250 N, LPD.

10:50 a.m. — Vehicle went into a ditch and struck a culvert at Ind. 32 and CR 700 W, BCSO.

10:15 a.m. — Infant locked inside a Silverado at the Primrose School at Anson, 6484 Central Blvd., WFD, WPD.

10:07 a.m. — Theft reported in the 3600 block of Indigo Blue Blvd., Whitestown, WPD.

9:40 a.m. — Gas was taken from caller’s barn for the second time in two weeks in the 10200 block of E. CR 300 N, Sheridan, BCSO.

8:18 a.m. — GPS, gun, and cash reported as stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of W. Pearl St., LPD.

8 a.m. — Cow in the road at CR 850 N and CR 800 E, BCSO.

7:54 a.m. — Three cars involved in a property damage accident in the 1000 block of Mulberry St., Zionsville, Zionsville Police Department.

7:51 a.m. — Someone broke into caller’s car in the 600 block of N. Henry St., taking her son’s Nintendo games, LPD.

4:27 a.m. — Caller reports that someone is sleeping inside the mini barn at Kramer Lumber, 303 W. South St., LPD.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

11:48 p.m. — Male and female are fighting in the 300 block of N. East St.; caller can hear the female crying and asking the male to quit hitting her, LPD.

9:19 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported in the 7700 block of N. CR 950 W, Thorntown; a man involved has threatened to “shoot it out” with the police, BCSO.

8:49 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported at Starkey Park, 645 Sugarbush Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.

8:18 p.m. — Property damage accident reported in the 6200 block of Central Blvd., Whitestown, WPD.

7:27 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported at Turkey Foot Park, 5100 Turkey Foot Road, Zionsville, ZPD.

6:20 p.m. — A gun was stolen from caller’s home on Saturday, in the 6300 block of N. CR 1000 E, Sheridan; he knows a man in Sheridan is in possession of it, BCSO.

6:08 p.m. — Car into a ditch reported in the 5400 block of W. Ind. 32, BCSO.

5:46 p.m. — Property damage accident reported in the 4100 block of S. Indianapolis Road, WPD.
