2:04 a.m. — Amber Marie Williams, 36, Lebanon, theft of consumables, BCSO.

12:55 a.m. — Monique Leeann Golden, 27, Frankfort, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, BCSO.

Sunday, March 16

5:28 p.m. — Luis Enrique Lopez, 19, Frankfort, possession of paraphernalia, Zionsville Police Department.

3:38 p.m. — David Lynn Browning, 45, Lexington, Ky., child molesting, BCSO.

2:41 p.m. — Stephen Gaskey Jr., 46, Richmond, felony residential entry, BCSO.

1:36 a.m. — Zachary Richard Smith, 30, Lebanon, habitual traffic violator, Lebanon Police Department, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, BCSO.

Saturday, March 15
