Monday, Oct. 22

12:02 p.m. — Scott Ryan Dawes, 32, Lebanon, probation violation, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Sunday, Oct. 21

4:13 a.m. — Jerome Hegeduis, 37, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, BCSO.

3:32 a.m. — Gregory M. Janes, 23, Lebanon, battery resulting in minor injury, BCSO.

2:49 a.m. — Brandy L. Smith, 24, Lebanon, battery resulting in minor injury, BCSO.

Saturday, Oct. 20

10:09 p.m. — Allan J. Cooper, 39, McHenry, Ill., domestic battery, invasion of privacy and intimidation, BCSO.

Friday, Oct. 19

11:59 p.m. — Tre Allen Forester, 19, Lebanon, operating a vehicle with a schedule drug, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of a controlled substance, BCSO.

11:03 p.m. — Michael Shumake, 19, Zionsville, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, BCSO.

10:40 p.m. — Sara J. Hancken, 32, Lebanon, intimidation and felony battery on a police officer, Lebanon Police Department.

9:52 p.m. — William Bentley, 41, Noblesville, failure to appear, Boone County for Lawrence County.
