Monday, Oct. 28 2:55 p.m. — Phillip Pierce, 32, Martinsville, theft and two counts of burglary. 3:26 a.m. — Edan Cortes, 31, Indianapolis, failure to appear. Sunday, Oct. 27 10:39 p.m. — Cory Zigler, 25, Whitestown, driving while suspended. 3:20 a.m. — Brent Linscott, 39, Frankfort, driving while suspended. 2:49 a.m. — Sean McDaris, 34, Indianapolis, driving while suspended. Saturday, Oct. 26 1:25 a.m. — Dennis Howland, 52, Frankfort, operating while intoxicated. 12:32 a.m. — Gary Brown, 30, Indianapolis, possession of marijuana. 12:31 a.m. — Kevin Vaden, 29, Indianapolis, possession of marijuana. Friday, Oct. 25 10:28 p.m. — Jessie Gonzalez-Estrada, 23, Lafayette, driving while suspended. 4:16 p.m. — Jacob Culley, 19, Lebanon, probation violation. 12:55 p.m. — Jeremy Sherwood, 30, Indianapolis, probation violation. 4:55 a.m. — Ian John Thomas Essex, 21, Danville, operating while intoxicated.
