The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

6:05 p.m. — Richard Allen Payton, 39, Lebanon, driving while suspended.

12:55 p.m. — Thomas D. Duncan, 41, Indianapolis, probation violation.

4:48 a.m. — Adrrian A. Davis Sample, 24, Lebanon, driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment.

Tuesday, Oct. 29

9:45 p.m. — Gerald Daniel Hardwick, 30, Thorntown, probation violation,

4:37 p.m. — Nathan Alexander Baker, 34, Indianapolis, hold for another county.
