Monday, April 7

3:22 p.m. — Mario Echeverria, 43, Lebanon, violation of community corrections, Indiana State Police.

2:36 p.m. — Phillip Jackson, 35, Indianapolis, probation violation, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

11:47 a.m. — Daphne S. Bailey, 27, Lebanon, driving while suspended, ISP.

Sunday, April 6

11:13 p.m. — Alexys A. Armstrong, 22, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, Whitestown Police Department.

10:55 a.m. — Abigail Scott, 25, Frankfort, probation violation, BCSO.

10:54 a.m. — Roxanne Benefield, 28, Indianapolis, refusal to identify self while stopped for infraction, driving while suspended, and OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, WPD.

Saturday, April 5

9:39 a.m. — Nicholas A. Zachery, 34, Loves Park, Ill., possession of marijuana/hash, ISP.

4 a.m. — Brandon M. Rusher, 24, Lebanon, theft of consumables, Lebanon Police Department.

Friday, April 4

6:06 p.m. — Karensue Elizabeth Hughes, 32, Lebanon, domestic battery, LPD.

2:09 p.m. — Melissa Dawn Lee, 35, Tipton, securities fraud, BCSO.
