Thursday, June 28

2:39 p.m. — Robert Peterman, 60, Brownsburg, domestic battery and interfering with reporting a crime, Whitestown Police Department.

10:11 a.m. — Paul Dwayne Dixon, 34, Lebanon, probation violation, Indiana State Police.

3:24 a.m. — Brian Eugene Kinkead, 45, Lebanon, intimidation and public intoxication, Lebanon Police Department.

1:18 a.m. — Louis L. Shepherd Jr., 22, Lebanon, rape, sexual misconduct and criminal confinement, LPD.

12:56 a.m. — Kyle D. Shinn, 25, Westfield, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, Zionsville Police Department.

12:46 a.m. — John Eugene Middleton, 34, Indianapolis, probation violation, Marion County for Boone County.

Wednesday, June 27

11:55 p.m. — Phillip C. Paul, 19, Lebanon, receiving stolen property, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

5:48 p.m. — Devon Davis, 25, Indianapolis, battery resulting in minor injury, BCSO.
