Dant, 23, Whitestown, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and dealing in a controlled substance. 3:45 p.m. — Todd Michael Leininger, age and city not available, intimidation. 3:08 p.m. — Gregory Michael Janes, 24, Lebanon, failure to appear. 2:28 p.m. — Steve Nolen, 46, South Bend, probation violation. 2:49 a.m. — Rose Marie Gwin, 51, Thorntown, operating while intoxicated. 1:47 a.m. — Dakota Jae Powell, 18, Frankfort, possession of paraphernalia. Saturday, Sept. 21 5:27 p.m. — Braxton Michael Flowers, 21, West Lafayette, possession of stolen property. 1:42 a.m. — Stephen J. Hullinger, 52, Carmel, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher and public intoxication.
