Patterson St. states his neighbor’s girlfriend might be drunk; she is sitting on the front porch talking to herself, LPD.6:11 p.m. — Caller in the 300 block of N. Park St. states a girl at Central Elementary shoved his son around and bent his glasses, and she has done this to other kids, LPD.5:58 p.m. — Caller states it looks like an 11-year-old has a gun shoved in the front of his pants in the 400 block of S.
