Thursday, Oct. 31 5:07 p.m. — William Zach Willhoite, 27, Lebanon, fraud and theft. 9:37 a.m. — Justin Wilson, 29, Greenwood, bond revocation. 5:19 a.m. — Fawn G. Billingsly, 29, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated. 1:16 a.m. — Nathan Alan Hunnicutt, 29, Whitestown, physical battery. Wednesday, Oct. 30 11:47 p.m. — Nicholas Vernard Irvin, 20, Zionsville, possession of marijuana. 11:44 p.m. — Brandon Scott Bailey, 19, Zionsville, possession of marijuana. 11:30 p.m. — Patrick Milescu, 19, Carmel, possession of marijuana.
