The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Monday, June 9

1:40 p.m. — Joseph D. Durden, 31, Indianapolis, theft and felony forgery, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Sunday, June 8

11:48 p.m. — Maria Churchville Sitzmann, 29, Zionsville, battery on a child and residential criminal trespass, Zionsville Police Department.

Saturday, June 7

1:30 p.m. — Theresa Thomas, 27, Racine, Wis., failure to appear, BCSO.

Friday, June 6

7:59 p.m. — Colonel Alexander Hawk III, 37, Cayuga, public intoxication, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI endangerment, and reckless driving, BCSO.

6:46 p.m. — Grachanda E. Williams, 26, Indianapolis, driving while suspended and resisting law enforcement, Whitestown Police Department.

A man arrested on Wednesday, June 4, was misidentified in Thursday’s Lebanon Reporter. Andrew J. Biggs, 23, of Zionsville, was arrested for a violation of community corrections by the Indiana State Police at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday.
