Main St.; he is carrying a bag, and he keeps leaving and coming back, shaking his head, and putting his hands down his pants, LPD.3:30 p.m. — Several people are stuck in the elevator at Hampton Inn, 6005 S. Fourth St., Zionsville; they didn’t break it, but when caller went over to talk to the parents, they told her to “f off,” ZPD.
