1:18 p.m. — Elizabeth Diane Gant, 20, Bloomington, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

2:39 a.m. — Burlinda Williams, 26, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Jail Corrections Officer.

2:06 a.m. — Glenn Jarrett, 22, Indianapolis, failure to appear, JCO.

2:04 a.m. — Kyle James Morris, 21, Indianapolis, failure to appear, JCO.

Sunday, Dec. 16

11:48 p.m. — Johnathon Scott Mitchell, 29, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, Whitestown Police Department.

6:32 a.m. — Lopez Elfido, 46, Tampa Bay, Fla., public intoxication, BCSO.

5:30 a.m. — Timothy Grissom, 20, Lebanon, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, Thorntown Police Department.

3:17 a.m. — Dilan Tanner Beckett, 18, Thorntown, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, TPD.

3:02 a.m. — Drew Barrett Myers, 19, Jamestown, possession of paraphernalia, TPD.

1:05 a.m. — Terry Meadows, 60, Lafayette, operating while intoxicated, WPD.

Saturday, Dec. 15

9:24 p.m. — David M. Berry, 36, Cicero, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, public intoxication and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Zionsville Police Department.

3:47 p.m. — Joseph Evans, 47, Indianapolis, possession of paraphernalia and unlawful possession of syringe, WPD.

8:24 a.m. — Waimond Terrell Echoes, 28, Indianapolis, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, WPD.
