7:35 p.m. — Jeffrey B. Lashley II, 31, Lebanon, battery resulting in minor injury, BCSO.

6:43 p.m. — Daphne Bailey, 26, Lebanon, conspiracy to commit in dealing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, Lebanon Police Department.

3:29 p.m. — Daniel L. Barefield, 37, Avon, failure to appear, Jail Corrections Officer.

3:19 p.m. — Jalen Green, 19, West Lafayette, failure to appear, BCSO.

Wednesday, July 17

2:46 p.m. — Property damage accident in the 1000 block of N. Evelyn Way, LPD.

2:42 p.m. — Caller in the 800 block of S. CR 300 E wants to speak to an officer about a crop duster flying over his house; dispatch informed caller there is nothing an officer could do, but he still wants a call, BCSO.

1:49 p.m. — Plate stolen off a boat trailer in the 4900 block of W. 106th St., Zionsville, Zionsville Police Department.

1:09 p.m. — Caller in the 900 block of W. South St. states she was strangled last night at Boonies and just got released from Witham Hospital, now wanting to file a report, LPD.

11:40 a.m. — Another vehicle backed into caller’s in the 900 block of W. Syracuse Dr., LPD.

11:18 a.m. — The homeowner at CR 180 S and CR 950 E has stacked railroad ties next to the road, over time narrowing the roadway, and it is becoming a hazard, BCSO.

11 a.m. — A check was stolen by a female named Sharon in the 600 block of W. Plum St., Thorntown, Thorntown Police Department.

9:36 a.m. — Wake boards flew off the top of a maroon van and are now in the road on southbound I-65 at mile 137, BCSO.

9:16 a.m. — Hit-and-run property damage accident reported in the 2400 block of N. Lebanon St., LPD.

9:04 a.m. — Caller came home to the 1200 block of S. CR 950 E and found the gate has been removed from the hinges, and the cattle are gone; it appears someone has loaded them up and stolen them, BCSO.

8:04 a.m. — Sick raccoon reported in caller’s yard in the 2800 block of Daugherty Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.

6:09 a.m. — Female in a red pickup is going through trash, picking items out, at Brittany Dr. and Willow Road, Zionsville; dispatcher states it sounds like the regular scrap lady in town, ZPD.

6:03 a.m. — Caller found the interior lights on inside her car in the 1600 block of S. Ind. 75, and she thinks someone has been inside, BCSO.

2:06 a.m. — Three people are messing with caller’s vehicles in the 6700 block of S. CR 650 E, Zionsville, BCSO.

1:37 a.m. — Caller’s wife is threatening him, in the 1500 block of W. Rovene Dr., LPD.

1:26 a.m. — Caller’s friend is drunk and just kicked him in his [groin], his friend won’t leave him alone and let him go to bed, 800 block of S. Indianapolis Ave., LPD.

12:52 a.m. — Caller just picked up his wife from a bar, and she is very drunk, vomiting everywhere, 700 block of N. Ann St., LPD.

10:57 p.m. — Car into a pole in the 7300 block of E. CR 550 S, Zionsville; seven people are in the car, but no one is hurt, BCSO.

10:13 p.m. — Stop arm is stuck down again at CR 150 S and Ind. 39, BCSO.

9:24 p.m. — Suspicious solicitor reported in the 11500 block of Wildlife Court, Zionsville, ZPD.

9:09 p.m. — Rock was thrown through the back window of a tan pickup parked in the 2600 block of N. Lebanon St., LPD.

8:01 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at a house that is supposed to be vacant in the 500 block of W. Ash St., Jamestown, Jamestown Police Department.

7:37 p.m. — Female who is tending bar at DC’s Pub, 6537 E. Ind. 334, Zionsville, left her dog in the car; it has already been more than an hour, Whitestown Police Department.

6:03 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported in the 300 block of N. Stockton St., Jamestown, JPD.

5:19 p.m. — Someone fired shots in the 1500 block of Victoria Dr. to put down a dog, LPD.

4:58 p.m. — Theft reported in the 9700 block of Pine Ridge South Dr., BCSO.

3:42 p.m. — Residence burglary reported in the 9700 block of Pine Ridge South Dr., BCSO.

1:52 p.m. — A gray Mercedes struck construction barrels on northbound I-65 at mile 141, also causing damage to caller’s vehicle, and did not stop, BCSO.
