12:13 p.m. — Christine Elizabet Wagner, 46, Zionsville, probation violation, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

9:51 a.m. — Austin B. Burdine, 18, Pittsoro, resisting law enforcement, residential entry, Lebanon Police Department.

6:21 a.m. — Brittany Smith, 22, Frankfort, burglary and theft, Jail Corrections Officer.

3:31 a.m. — Gary Lineback, 42, Lafayette, OWI-BAC of .08 or more, public intoxication, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

12:35 a.m. — Kaitlin Smith, 22, Westfield, probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, Zionsville Police Department.
