Friday, May 22:07 a.m. — Adam Swafford, 20, Lebanon, probation violation, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Friday, May 28:14 a.m. — Two vehicles have been broken into in the 500 block of E. Main St.; a wallet, keys and other items are missing, Lebanon Police Department.8:01 a.m. — Vehicle collision with injury reported at Zionsville High School, 1000 Mulberry St., Zionsville; the caller is shaken up and doesn’t know if he is injured, Zionsville Police Department, Zionsville Fire Department.7:31 a.m. — Theft of a white 2012 Ford F250 reported in the 10600 block of Andrade Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.6:07 a.m. — Generator stolen from caller’s truck, in the 1100 block of S. Meridian St., LPD.3:47 a.m. — Property damage accident involving two semis reported at TA Travel Center, 5930 Whitestown Parkway, Whitestown Police Department.2:05 a.m. — Caller hears voices outside her house, in the 500 block of S. Coombs St., and there is a man standing at the end of her driveway, LPD.

Thursday, May 19:55 p.m. — Car into a pole in the 1900 block of W. CR 300 N, BCSO, Boone County EMS, Center Township Fire Department, Lebanon Fire Department, LPD.9:03 p.m. — A 47-year-old male who lives with his mother in the 1600 block of Douglas Lane wants to speak to an officer because his mother is opening his mail, LPD.8:29 p.m. — Subject at the Boone County Jail, 1905 Indianapolis Ave., because he told on some drug dealers and he is scared of them, and they owe him $10, BCSO.5:02 p.m. — Caller reports hay is being stolen out of a barn in the 8300 block of E. CR 300 N, Sheridan; also, a book has been stolen, BCSO.4:09 p.m. — Rear-end collision reported at Lebanon Street and CR 250 N, LPD.3:23 p.m. — Property damage accident reported on northbound I-65 at mile 149, Thorntown, BCSO.2:47 p.m. — Juvenile problem reported at Lebanon Middle School, 1800 N. Grant St., Lebanon School Police Department.11:59 a.m. — A subject is passed out at the wheel in the 700 block of W. Maple Dr.; arrest made, BCEMS, LFD, LPD.11:54 a.m. — Damage was done to a trencher that did not fit under the railroad bridge at Camp Street and Hoy Avenue, LPD.9:24 a.m. — Theft reported at McClure Fuel Stop, 530 Friend Way, LPD.9:05 a.m. — Residential break-in reported in the 900 block of Meadow Lane, LPD.8:41 a.m. — Caller in the 500 block of W. Walnut St. wants an officer to help her because her dog is in heat, and the neighbor dog keeps jumping her fence; she is attempting to get the dogs separated, LPD.8:28 a.m. — There is a dead squirrel on caller’s porch, in the 900 block of Sorrell Court, BCSO.
