Friday, June 6

3:53 p.m. — Shawn Smith, 38, Scottsburg, failure to appear, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

3:03 p.m. — Vanessa Smith, 28, Indianapolis, failure to appear, BSCO.

2:56 p.m. — James Howard Guthrie, 26, Indianapolis, probation violation, BCSO.

10:22 a.m. — Jimmy W. Calhoun Jr., 48, Lebanon, conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic drug, BCSO.

1:47 a.m. — Randall L. Voorhis, 54, Lebanon, possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Whitestown Police Department.

1:42 a.m. — Lazarus Dwayne Holden, 44, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, Zionsville Police Department.

Thursday, June 5

10:43 p.m. — April Renae Miller, 34, Indianapolis, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, WPD.

9:23 p.m. — Kenneth Wayne Johnson, 39, Lebanon, probation violation, Lebanon Police Department.

7:17 p.m. — Debra Joann Gary, 51, Lebanon, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangerment, LPD.

6:52 p.m. — Gary Daniel Hamilton, 29, Lebanon, probation violation, BCSO.

6:07 p.m. — Beth Ann Cuzzort, 34, Whitestown, theft, BCSO.

A man arrested on Wednesday, June 4, was misidentified in Thursday’s Lebanon Reporter. Andrew J. Biggs, 23, of Zionsville, was arrested for a violation of community corrections by the Indiana State Police at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday.
