The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Thursday, Nov. 28

8:26 p.m. — Gerado Avila Guerrero, 39, Zionsville, public intoxication, operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated-endangerment

6:51 p.m. — Jacob Ryan Groth, 27, Lebanon, driving while suspended.

1:51 a.m. — Carmelo Tlatoa-Coahuey, 37, Indianapolis, operating while intoxicated-endangerment, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

3:03 p.m. — Desmond Ronald Hale, 19, Lebanon, battery resulting in minor injury.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

11:56 p.m. — Mark Lewis Zierer, 49, Indianapolis, intimidation.
