Monday, Feb. 25

2:40 p.m. — James R. Hickam, 57, Indianapolis, violation of bond conditions, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

1:38 a.m. — Michael Wayne Clevenger, 31, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, Lebanon Police Department.

Sunday, Feb. 24

8:43 p.m. — Tracey J. Jones, 34, Lebanon, unlawful possession of syringe, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, BCSO.

2:59 a.m. — Raechel M. Dile, 29, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated and OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, Indiana State Police.

Saturday, Feb. 23

6:17 p.m. — Helesa C. Agner, 29, Indianapolis, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, Zionsville Police Department.

5:59 p.m. — John N. Magee, 37, Carmel, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, ZPD.

3:07 p.m. — Delbert L. Rutherford, 32, Lebanon, strangulation, domestic battery and two counts of resisting law enforcement, LPD.

Friday, Feb. 22

6:50 p.m. — Roxie Ann Robinson, 48, Lebanon, possession of paraphernalia, LPD.

6:22 p.m. — Kimberly B. Baldwin, 48, Lebanon, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, LPD.
