Lebanon — The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

Thursday, Aug. 23

11:40 a.m. — Jessie L. Cummings, 20, Thorntown, child molesting, Thorntown Police Department.

11:09 a.m. — Deborah L. Osborne, 58, Lebanon, theft, Lebanon Police Department.

10:54 a.m. — Zachary R. Atkinson, 27, Noblesville, violation of community corrections and probation violation, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

10:26 a.m. — Justin M. Lisby, 27, Lebanon, bond revocation, BCSO.

10:05 a.m. — Dwayne Allen Frye, 32, Lebanon, theft, BCSO.

8:46 a.m. — Richard Eugene Grow Jr., 32, Lebanon, nonsupport of a child, Jail Corrections Officer.

12:25 a.m. — Angela Michelle Jolly, 32, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, BCSO.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

9:57 p.m. — Raynetta A. Bahney, 40, Lebanon, driving while suspended, trafficking with an inmate and possession of a controlled substance, LPD.

9:18 p.m. — Karen Colbert, 43, Lebanon, theft and two counts of probation violation, JCO.

3:37 p.m. — Brian Nichols, 33, Martinsville, probation violation, Boone County for Morgan County.
