11:15 p.m. – A resident was upset about a neighbor parking a farm tractor next door and “thought this was worth using police time and resources,” nothing criminal, 711 block W. Plum Street, Thorntown, Thorntown Police Department

10:27 p.m. – A woman heard someone turning her doorknob, 200 block East Drive, Lebanon, Boone County Sheriff’s Office

5:02 p.m. – Tools stolen from work van, 6000 block S. Perry Worth Road, Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department

11:54 a.m. – Years ago, her children’s foster parents tied them up in a basement and made them take cold showers, and it’s causing their mother distress, 200 block E. Main Street, Lebanon, Lebanon Police Department

3:35 a.m. – A woman heard someone put a code into her back door key pad and come inside, but a juvenile ran away when she called out, police followed wet tracks in the grass to the child’s home on Franklin Street and will speak with his parents, 400 block S. Vine Street, Thorntown, Boone County Sheriff’s Office, TPD

2:11 a.m. – A woman living in her car at an interstate rest park is being sexually harassed via text and voice calls by a Rockville man and will relocate in the morning on advice from police, 1900 block Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, BCSO

1:18 a.m. – A homeowner died and the home’s caretaker saw someone with flashlights inside and called police, who arrested two people suspected of breaking and entering, 5100 block W. County Road 950 N., Thorntown, BCSO, TPD

Sept. 14

10:48 p.m. – A large German shepherd/Rottweiler type dog named Benjie was in the loose and got a trip to the county kennels after a woman said it pinned her in her truck until it crossed the street and she escaped, 6200 block S. C.R. 800 E., Zionsville, BCSO

6:53 p.m. – Dog from the 3700 block of Limelight Lane bit a woman in the 3700 block of Tartan Trail, Whitestown, WPD

2:48 p.m. – Police found an illegal drug in the pocket of a man who was passed out in a car, 1100 block S. Lebanon Street, Lebanon, BCSO

1:47 p.m. – Someone attempted to break into a home, screens had been tampered with, 200 block W. Baronne Street, Lebanon, LPD

1:40 p.m. – Catalytic converter stolen, 3000 block S. C.R. 900 W., Jamestown, BCSO

1:11 p.m. – Credit card fraud via the Internet, 5700 block Open Fields Drive, Whitestown, WPD

11:21 a.m. – Lottery theft, 700 block Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, LPD

10:35 a.m. – Internet fraud, 11200 block Glen Avon Way, Zionsville, ZPD

10:31 a.m. – Theft from trees, 9200 block Deer Ridge Drive, Zionsville, BCSO
