Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond to help others during this snowstorm? Perhaps someone helped dig out your car when you were stranded. Maybe it's the person who made a trip to the store to pick up the prescription you needed. Or it could be one of the crews who helped keep the streets passable.
We'd like to recognize these "snow heroes." Click on the link at the right to send an e-mail nominating someone you think deserves special recognition. The winner will receive a $50 gas card and will have their name a picture printed in The Reporter.
Please put "snow hero" in the subject line and be sure to include your name and a telephone number for verification. Deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 21.
We'd also like to see your photos from the snow storm. Please send them along in a .jpg format with some information about the photo. Again, click on the link to the right to send them to news@reporter.net. We'll put them together into a slideshow to appear at www.reporter.net.
