The Lebanon and Western Boone athletic departments have announced the following re-scheduled dates and times of athletic events that were postponed due to last week’s snow storm.
First, the Lebanon-Western Boone basketball games will take place later in the season, but not as a doubleheader. The girls will play Jan. 24, with the boys playing Feb. 4. Both games take place at WeBo, and both have a 7:30 p.m. varsity start time. The junior varsity tips off at 6 p.m.
The Tigers-Stars freshman boys basketball game will take place at 6 p.m. Jan. 23 at Lebanon. That is a day earlier than originally scheduled.
The Lebanon-Zionsville freshman girls basketball game will be made up at 6 p.m. Jan. 12, at the Lebanon gym.
Meanwhile, the Tigers’ boys swim team’s dual meet with Cathedral has been re-scheduled for 6 p.m. Feb. 6. The meet will now be a triple meet with Lebanon, Cathedral and Danville.
Western Boone’s co-ed swim meet with Frankfort has been moved to 10 a.m. Saturday, at the Hot Dogs’ pool.
For up-to-the-minute schedules, call the LHS athletic department at 482-0400, and the WeBo athletic department at 482-6143.
